John Moran
Managing Director

As the managing director of Sales Development Services (SDS), John is one of the most experienced business leaders in the industry. His heritage includes four years at the helm of customer roles at HP, 13 years in telecoms with Vodafone and eir (previously Telecom Eireann) and five years in technology leadership roles in financial services, all of which led to his career in the media. Over the last nine years John has founded and led the contact operations of IDG and now he leads SDS.

As a customer-centric business leader, John develops successful sales operations with solid technology and people infrastructure.  Nine years with IDG have taught John the value of high quality lead generation and sales development.  As MD, John ensures that every SDS campaign is supported with premium resource and knowledge. 

Liz Miller
Sales Director

Sales Director Liz brings a unique blend of data, lead generation, and digital experience to the SDS team. Liz’s 25-year career has spanned the digitisation of the media and sales channel, and her exposure to deep data usage throughout her career, most recently at IDG (now Foundry), has given Liz a thorough insight into how to develop and use quality content to drive up engagement and generate sales leads opportunities. Her career has also involved training client sales teams and marketing teams in optimising pipeline. Liz has worked in equal measure with the world’s largest and fastest growing IT companies. Liz focuses on driving commercial synergy and works to accelerate growth for each and every client.

Richard Beagley
VP International Sales

VP International Sales Richard has been a sales professional in the IT media industry on both the agency and client side for over 30 years, working with blue chip technology partners throughout his media sales career. Richard joined IDG in 2012 and has worked on international integrated programmes including media, content, events and lead generation, always with the aim of maximising clients’ ROMI from their campaigns. Richard has a deep knowledge of the IT market and a thorough understanding of partner’s needs and how they can achieve their objectives.

Eamon Ramsey
Senior Business Director

Senior Business Director Eamon has spent his entire career developing successful direct communications with the customer. Over the last three years Eamon has led major direct sales campaigns for leading technology service providers, with IDG Direct, using the skills and experience he has gained in customer communications throughout his career. Eamon believes in having daily interaction with all agents and team leads to ensure client goals are delivered and driving results. As Senior Business Director, Eamon manages all functions during a programme and offers consultation and advice on best practices. Eamon understands how vitally important a healthy pipeline is for a successful sales team.

Steven Dunne
Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager Steven brings campaign management experience from broadcasting, banking and technology publishing to SDS. With experience of sales development, customer retention and inbound sales Steven works with Team Leaders to guarantee that a client’s campaign is optimised and delivers on its promise. Steven works to identify any potential challenges to a campaign and find solutions or new methods to ensure the campaign meets its objectives. As Service Delivery Manager Steven is also responsible for co-ordinating the training of the agents, working closely with each client to embed the team as an extension of that business.
